Inca Real Hotel - San Jose (San Jose)

I recently stayed at a hotel in Costa Rica and had a fantastic experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with neat furnishings and tasteful decorations that made us feel right at home. Lastly, the location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring everything San Jose has to offer.

Our stay at this hotel was great and we didn't encounter any major issues.

Staff are very friendly.

Broken window, with no screens = Mosquitos! Also had broken shower faucet, so the water was running all night. No air-conditioning. Since the hotel used to be an open courtyard with four floors of rooms that are now enclosed with a glass roof, the hotel rooms can have major noise issues. I should have known noise was an issue, as there are posted signs asking the guests not to slam their doors and not to talk outside of their rooms between 10pm-8am. Unfortunately, signs don't do the trick.

This place is a great choice if you want to explore Morazan Park, we were happy with our decision to stay here.

Location, within walking distance parque nacional. We loved staying at inca real. It is not far from the airport.

We liked very much the hotel staff. They were very helpful and really nice.

Our room had not a window towards outside, just towards the inner lobby. It didn't smell nice and we coudn't get any fresh air. The pipes in the bathroom are very noisy, one cannot use the sink and the shower without disturbing the others. Breakfast is modest.

Located close to downtown, Inca Real is a budget hotel that is within walking distance of various tourist attractions and right next to a bus station, making it quite convenient for budget travelers. the rooms are neat, well furnished and decorated to ensure a comfortable stay. the bathrooms are better than the average, as per one review. the hotel offers decent service and a good breakfast that includes coffee, toast, and jam. the lobby and rooms have charming decor, as noted by a guest.

Some of the rooms face common interior areas and have no view of the streets, leading to noise problems, according to one review.

The hotel was in a convenient location, within walking distance of a travel agent, ATM, and a nice restaurant with outdoor seating. The staff was friendly, and internet was available. The best part was the shower, which had great water pressure and plenty of room.

The hotel was in need of some updates. The décor was tired and the room felt damp.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location in the center of the city is ideal, close to buses, gas stations, and shopping. The staff is very helpful, and they even arrange fair airport transport for guests.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us as it was close to the Caribeños bus station and within walking distance to many places of interest. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the helpfulness of the staff. we found the hotel to be well connected to transportation, easy to get around this city.

Convenient location, friendly staff and comfortable room. the hotel was in a perfect location, close to all the main Easter events, and made it easy to get around. the staff went out of their way to assist us with our needs, making us feel welcomed on our Easter stay. the room was very comfortable, with a great shower and good amenities.

Noisy environment, cold shower, and average breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel was quite noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
